Once you are in the pet’s profile, click on the pet’s name once more. From the drop-down menu, select “Add Reservation.” This will initiate the reservation process and allow you to provide all relevant information.

Step 6: Choosing Bed Type and Adding Vet Notes

Just a few more steps! Select the bed type for the pet under your care. If there are any necessary vet notes, you can add them in the provided text box. This allows you to communicate important information to the veterinary staff. At this point, you have the option to either allocate the room and process advance payment, or allocate the room only. Choose the appropriate option and proceed.
